• Wash your hands frequently with soap and water; otherwise, make use of hydroalcoholic gels.


  • Cover your mouth and nose with a single-use tissue in case you cough or sneeze.


  • If you are using a mask, you should NOT remove it to cough or sneeze.


  • Consider quitting smoking as a preventive measure for the transmission of the virus and as a beneficial factor for your health.


  • Do not share glasses, food or any other kind of personal objects with other people.


  • You should not touch your mouth or nose after handling objects in public places.


  • Avoid contact with people who have symptoms of respiratory infection (fever, cough, feeling short of breath and general malaise)


  • If you have symptoms, stay isolated and contact the health services.


  • The use of the mask on public roads, outdoor spaces and in any closed space for public use from 6 years of age is mandatory.


  • Maintain a safe distance between people (1-2 meters) and try to avoid crowds.


  • Follow the indications established in closed places of public use.
