  3. Maintain contact with colleagues and mutual support.

  4. Respect differences in coping mechanisms.

  7. Recognize the healthcare team.

To prevent musculoskeletal pathologies due to postures maintained during work shifts, it is important to perform muscle strengthening exercises in the central region of the body and cervical and stretching to release muscle tension accumulated during the day.
